Shipping policy

Processing Time (The Manufacturing Phase) Every moon from Luna Prnt Lab is made-to-order and custom 3D printed for your specific date. Because of this personalized manufacturing process, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be crafted, assembled, and packed before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time (The Transit Phase) Once your order leaves our lab, shipping times will depend on the carrier and the shipping speed you selected at checkout.

• Please note: "2-Day" or "Priority" shipping speeds refer to the transit time after the 3-5 day processing window.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your shipping label is printed and your package is ready to leave, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice a typo or missing apartment number, email us immediately at lunaprntlab@gmail.com. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Lost, Stalled, or Damaged Packages We pack our moons with extreme care, but once they are handed to the postal service, transit delays are out of our control.

• Stalled tracking: Sometimes carriers miss a scan. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, let us know and we will help investigate.

• Arrived damaged: If your item was damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the box. We will make it right immediately and send a replacement.
