Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Orders Because every piece from Luna Prnt Lab is custom-manufactured and 3D printed for your specific date and moon phase, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales on custom items are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations We start processing and prepping your custom files very quickly! If you made a typo on your date or need to cancel your order, please email us at lunaprntlab@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the 3D printing process has started, we cannot cancel or change the order.

Damaged in Transit or Defective Items We pack every moon carefully, but we know the postal system can be rough. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or if we made a mistake on your custom details, we will make it right immediately.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number.

2. A clear photo of the damaged product.

3. A photo of the shipping box (this helps us file a claim).

Once we see the photos, we will gladly ship you a free replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer!
